[Bodington-developers] RFC: minor change to MCQ deadline parsing

Most resources with deadlines accept invalid dates when a user modifies
the resource.  They blank the date and alert the user.  This seems to be
acceptable behaviour.

MCQ deadlines behave differently - if the deadline contains an invalid
date, no changes are saved and the user is prompted to press Back and
review the form.

I'd like to change the behaviour of the MCQ deadline to match the other
dates.  Any objections?
