No :-(
What we do have is a JavaScript calendar widget for picking the 
time/date which makes it much easier.

Grab a copy of the WAR from:

http://dev.weblearn.ox.ac.uk/cruisecontrol/buildresults/weblearn/

and you should be able to see how it works. We could probably give you 
access to the WebLearn CVS so you could pull the code across if it 
solves the problems.
