Are you working on Bodington HEAD? I believe I pushed across some stuff 
to cleanup date/time parsing that made deadlines allow dates/times 
although the interface doesn't tell the users this.

Bodington has some problems with deadlines in that it isn't very good at 
telling the users when they are.
