Sorry, don't understand the question.

The repository at SF is exactly as it was, it's just that the CVSROOT to
access it has changed.  You can continue to use your existing sandbox on
your own machine if you have some way of mutating the stored CVSROOTs in
the sandbox, such as that provided by WinCVS.  Otherwise, check out a
new copy into your sandbox and move across any modified files from your
old sandbox.  Either way, it's only you taking action.
