[Bodington-developers] ResourceTree.addResource()

If ResourceTree.addResource() it is left up to the caller to fix things 
up (call ResourceTree.remove() and rollback the transaction). However 
ResourceTree.moveResource() does the cleanup itself. Is there a reason 
for the difference?
