Sorry - missed half of this. 

Can't we archive the Jabbering and stick into the bod wiki or weblearn or
something? Something searchable!

I agree that people may feel left out if we don't email, but I think direct
chat focuses the mind and you can get a lot more word per minute out of the
mouth than from the finger tips.
