I seem to recall somebody high up in CETIS saying more that a year ago =
(way
before spec was released) that it was too complex and what was really =
needed
was something quite simple. It was like he was writing it off before it =
even
got started - of course, the version he was commenting on may not have =
been
the version that was released.
