No, they are just standard Bodington events so stored in the events table.

No. The reason for having these dates is so that we know how old 
resources are and so that we can delete resources that were deleted a 
long time ago. It may be that we could display the creation event date 
for a user but it's not the original reason for doing this.

Not at the moment, although you can go through the events.
