IMS Tools Interop. standard is finally out (a couple of months ago
actually). 

I haint looked myself, but we really should investigate as it is probably of
importance to tetra. 

It struck me that Brian appears to actually like reading horrendously
complex techie books so maybe he'd like to do the honours with IMS TI!
