That happens to me all the time - because I forget to send in mail from 
the same mail account I subscribed with.  You tend to get quite a prompt 
error message so I just repost from the correct account and it gets 
through with no problem. I suppose I could subscribe with multiple email 
accounts but they all filter through to the same inbox so I'd get 
multiple copies.
