here is some feedback aimed at the HEAD version. YOu may have seen it =20=

all already, but still:
Mainly due to our own loved John Smith



TEMPLATE =96 Visual

The Audit resource template requires modification
Pigeon hole Template =96 the text boxes seem to be an odd size
Generally the View Access requires a horizontal scroll =96 the screen =20=

format is poor
The Drop Box view access has poor layout
The Main SEARCH box is not well defined in the page layout and may =20
need to be highlighted?
The Suite of rooms logo seems to be 2 rooms not 3 as currently
The Web Document Modify Template is in the OLD style
The MCQ Modify Specific MCQ Information has the OLD style Template
The MCQ DATE filed requires a date format 11/11/2006 ie 2, 2, 4.
The red Text information on the NAME field should be moved to above =20
the box not to the RHS (Readability and Function)
NOTE

change the format of Date/time release to have date and time in two =20
separate boxes =96 dd/mm/yyy   then hh:rr =96 it is confusing
  at the moment

NOTE
Can the Server time be displayed on the main page? =96 I not it is =20
WRONG at the moment its about 30 minutes fast? =96 This is going to be =20=

important for upload assessments, tests and time restricted =20
resources.  Can this be linked to an external clock reference?
NOTE
The Questionnaire tool can now be analysed so the anonymity statement =20=

would need to be changed. If the new functionality is switched on!

NOTE
The Drop Box file name presentation still has =93%20=94 rather than a =20=

space =96 can this be changed?


Notify Address? =96 will this be populated with GroupWise mail =20
addresses automatically and an option to change to your own mail or =20
better Add an additional mail?
FUNCTION

The MCQ should have the same =91add new question=92 facility as in =20
Questionnaire
The Short Answer Resource should be changed to reflect the add =20
question in the Questionnaire tool
The Drop Box Assessment Criteria =96 can this be changed to match the =20=

new add question in the questionnaire resource?

ERRORS

The questionnaire tool using the itemize function I get an IE Script =20
Error -  Line 9 Char 1 object expected   but OK when I click though =20
this screen
IMS Package I get the following error org/apache/xml/serializer/=20
OutputPropertiesFactory
For a Bodington package and for a Blackboard Package =96 I have not =20
tried this with a WebCT package yet.

The Drop Box =96 there seems to be a problem with listing correct user =20=

names in the students entry space =96 sysadmin is listed as =912=92???(Thi=
s =20
might just be finger trouble and me)!
GENERAL

How is the notify tool going to be introduced?
Can the Advanced Search be part of the Left Hand Utility Frame?
Skills Audit tool evokes the Logbook (as I would expect) but it has =20
the same Icon as Logbook (confusing)!
Why is the search tool not available to =91normal users=92 =96 its Sys =20=

Admin at the moment?
The Web DOC Resource -  I think the =93Introduction Field=94 should be =20=

changed to =93add link file name=94 =96 or the text to the RHS needs to =
be =20
changed to highlight the fact that this box can be used to host the =20
=91index.htm=85..=92 or filename to be opened.
the copy/Bring resource should have the current http:// removed as =20
this is normally going to be a cut and paste job rather than type.
If you change the Screen size in Logbook all the buttons get messed up!
