Do you have a copy of main.html in the (Peer Marking Tool) PMT template 
directory? If not you should probably copy one from another tool that 
uses contents.html (eg questionnaire).

This is from looking at WebLearn as I don't have a checkout of Bodington 
at the moment but I suspect Bodington is very similar in this.
