I've added permissions for Peter (and Adam) to edit tracker items.

The list of developers with Tracker permissions are now:

adam marshall ( lardo_de_arnaud )
Peter Crowther ( ozzard )  	
A Corfield ( antonyskye )	
asuleman ( asuleman ) 	
Colin Tatham ( colin_tatham ) 	
Matthew Buckett ( thick_sliced ) 	
Alexis O'Connor ( lxsocon ) 	
Alistair Young UHI ( alistairskye )

Let me know if anyone else needs to edit tracker items.

If you are editing/closing items, please add proper comments that make 
sense to the rest of us!
