I've added parsing for <a element in xmlTemplate so that it can handle 
localised strings but have noticed that the attr "rect" is 
automatically inserted. When I remove the definition <! shape %Shape; 
"rect" > from the attr list for <a in xhtmltemplate1-strict.dtd this 
doesn't occur. Any ideas? If not I'll just leav it out.
