[Bodington-developers] Let the bug fix begin!

We (OK me, 'cos it wasn't squeaky clean!) refactored the 
resourceMenuItem() methods in Facility for WebLearn.

The method was very torturous, and tried to handle Resources and 
Uploaded File/folders in a long method. (And it also had special case 
code for Headings!) Trying to diff Facility in an diff tool seems to be 
a nightmare in this case, so I'm afraid I'm going to dump the WebLearn 
code over the current code.

I'm looking for comments/changes in the CVS history, but if you know you 
did something that I might overwrite, please let me know!
