[Bodington-developers] Change in move and copy

I noticed that in the new UHI L&F now the move and copy functionality 
now requires the full URL. Eg rather than:

/admin/example

you need to enter:

http://full.server.name/bodington/site/example

Although I prefer this (makes copy and paste easier). Could we have a 
bit of a heads up about changes like this as it is more than just 
changing the look and feel.

Now if I try this on my test server with move, giving the URL:

https://localhost:8443/bodington_head/site/test/

it fails to find the resource I am wanting to move.

I have a fix for this that involves using BodingtonURL (Antony's class 
for QuickLink) to do the parsing of the pasted URL which is much more 
forgiving than the code in copyconfirm/moveconfirm (Facility.java). Is 
it ok to commit this stuff back?
