By jove! "print" is not normally a verb I associate with Facility.java.
"Refactor into a million simpler easier to understand classes with 
crisper well-defined boundaries" springs to mind sooner. I believe 
Martin Fowler now uses this file as a case study in some of his 
work-shops ...
