Yep I see this too. When attempting to modify the resource I get:

Problem with XML: Problem exporting XML file: Attribute "imsmd" was 
already specified for element "imsmd:record".

I don't however get this Bug on WebLearn HEAD. I'll have a look as to 
what is going wrong.
