Dunno if this is what you were thinking of with regard to functionality in EasyBuilder that's a bit like the applet, but EasyBuilder allows you to upload a file and automatically create a QuickLink to it. This means you can: - sort the uploaded file in the resource menu, along with other resources (as it's actually the QuickLink that you're sorting). - provide a title and description of the uploaded file. - hide the uploaded file, so that you don't see the silly display at the bottom of the page. - add timed release, so that file/link is only available during a specific window. (The QuickLink, timed release and EasyBuilder bits are all scheduled to be in 2.6).
