Yup, as far as I'm concerned CVS integration in Eclipse, is the business 
and I'd be happy to give you any tips ;-).

CVS integration in NetBeans (and therefore Java Studio Creator, etc) is 
crummy, although I believe they are working on a new CVS module.

As an aside, I'd say that TortoiseCVS is a simpler better integrated 
client than WinCVS.
