That depends. Can you guestimate what portion of stuff would miss an  
end of month release? Can you list what wouldn't make it, with  
probabilities? Of that remaining list, can you guestimate the time  
required (in dev days) to get it into head?

With such an analysis, we could make sensible decisions about how to  
proceed....
