At the moment there is a bodington.properties from Anotony in there.

I think it would be good to ship a bodington-sample.properties file in 
the WAR that contains a fully commented bodington.properties file. I 
think Antony and I had a bit of a discussion about this (off list).

BTW: I modified BuildingServer so it no longer barfed when the default 
language wasn't set.
