Here's the graphics.html file with the mod I put in to get rid of the
flash. Doesn't help if Javascript is switched off though...

waiting for the whole page to load. I believe Aggie did this by having 
an onload for each div that should be colapsed.

A different evil hack might be to get some JavaScript in the header to 
output some CSS that sets the boxes to be colapsed. This way you 
shouldn't get the flashes as the CSS would get parsed before the page is

rendered.
