[Bodington-developers] Installation instructions for 2.4

Just had a support request from a potential Bodington evaluator who
can't find any installation instructions for the 2.4 he just pulled from
Sourceforge.  On looking around... neither can I.  Who's got 'em, or
what have I missed?
