[Bodington-developers] web auth in 2.8 (not 2.6)

We've just had a chat here and have decided that if anything is not to make
it in v2.6 then it should be webauth. We're going to leave that 'til the end
which will probably mean it will have to wait for 2.8 (like MVN forum).

Hope that's OK.

We're all poised for template translation mayhem tomorrow!
