[Bodington-developers] internationalisation arrangements

I recently asked a friend from Thailand (researcher in computer science) 
whether he knew anyone who might like to translate Bodington into 
Thai.  His first question was: what would the wages be?

So what are the arrangements?  Is there some financial provision?  Does it 
depend upon the language?  What happens about the support?
