Machine calls web service on behalf of user (say) to get data. Say bod calls
lusid to get adam's LIP records and then displays in a logbook. At least
that's what I take it to mean. So you don't use browser post but you do need
to know whether VLE users is AuthZ'd to see the records. This will be used
in ASK (I think). Didn't we talk about this in skye on GX-day

After altilab howard will sort something. We've done a bit here and Howie is
off to see the Mcr gang on Monday for a prelim chat.
