The bit Adam was asking about is what state the templates are in that have your improved user interface changes (e.g. collapsible help text, 'manage' link, etc). We need to get those changes before we start updating others. A related issue is how committed we feel to the XML templates as they are? We all seem to find them too verbose -- maybe we could simplify them slightly. Matthew suggested adding support for the <building> tags in the new templates, which could save a lot of work.
