Maybe we should think about allowing the template compilation to use the 
Eclipse JDT that is shipped with Tomcat 5.5 if it is available. This 
isn't simple as it would probably mean having a template compiler 
factory that spits out a template compiler of either javac type or 
eclipse type depending on what is available.

If nothing else it shows that if we want Bodington to be easy to install 
we should have the templates compiled by default (they currently are) so 
that people don't see this problem until they start trying to customize 
Bodington.
