[Bodington-developers] Removal of Stylesheet methods from Facility.

I have removed the stylesheet methods from Facility on WebLearn HEAD and 
it reduces the size of Facility by ~3000 lines. Now the problem is that 
WebLearn HEAD was based on CLAN L&F (Look and Feel) and I didn't realise 
that CLAN L&F changed the stylesheet methods.

Is there a very short description of what was changed with the 
stylesheet stuff and why?

Should I just commit back the WebLearn stylesheet changes as we are 
going to moving to the CLAN L&F anyway?

Otherwise I can have a go at doing the refactoring of Stylesheets out of 
Facility again but this time on Bodington HEAD, but this will take 
longer and will probably disapear as soon as the CLAN L&F goes on.

NB: For those who don't know..
  WebLearn is the Oxford codebase of Bodington.
  CLAN is the UHI codebase of Bodington.
