I think we definitely need the bod user doc in CVS - it should be rolled into the war file and added to the DB upon installation so ALL instances of bod come with all the documentation in the DB. Perhaps developer doc could be on SF but it may make more sense to use a wiki - but then again don't you want developer doc in CVS as it will prolly refer to one version.
