[Bodington-developers] User documentation

How do we go about merging all the bits of documentation that we have,
updating it, and making it available?

I see the following possibilities:
1. CVS
2. Wiki
3. SF DocManager

We need to have documentation available online somewhere, and provide it in
the downloads.
