I know we've discussed incorporating a Wiki tool in Bodington, but I think it would be useful to have a Wiki available to everyone now. I'm thinking we could use it to co-produce the Bod developer meeting notes, maintain development tasks, and possibly documentation (dunno how we get around the different versions/screenshots for each site problem...). Presuming we all agree to have a Wiki, the issue is where to host it. Looks like we are allowed to run some applications on the SourceForge site*, otherwise we could possibly host it on a server here. Anybody had any experience running/using a Wiki which they can recommend, or suggestions? DocManager permits online editing of documentation, storing of documentation for the general public or for internal project use, and allows you to easily maintain translated versions of your document in the same centralized location." ____________________________________ Colin Tatham VLE Team Oxford University Computing Services www.oucs.ox.ac.uk/ltg/vle/ www.bodington.org |
