What you need is the procmail recipe that filters out duplicate messages 
so you don't see them. Or for people to stop being so lazy and edit the 
addresses. Or get people to use a mail client (like mutt) that has a 
reply to list command.

At the end of the day I'm not fussed, as long people people are able to 
post messages. :-)
