I just thought I'd mention that I've added a 'publish' target to the 
build.xml (on bodington_2_4 & HEAD). This uses the optional ftp ANT task 
to upload the distributables to an ftp site (with default values for 
sourceforge provided in sample.build.properties).

Adam asked me to manage the release for v2.4.3 and finding the upload 
procedure to sourceforge somewhat arcane, I thought I might as well 
implement it as an ANT target as Sean had mentioned wanting to do it at 
the last Bodington developers meeting. However it's done now and anyway 
I was kind of working on the assumption that this may have been the 
response he wanted to trigger in me anyway ;-).
