[Bodington-developers] Bodington License

In a tidy up of the java files in the Bodington repository I've added 
the Bodington License to the ones that it was missing from (55), all 
prompted by a nudge from Alexis.

NB: I also removed the cvs log tokens that were in some files and 
weren't consistent with other bodington files.
