[Bodington-developers] Button panel in graphic.html in UHI interface

I've just changed over to using the UHI look and feel and noticed that 
when a menu page opens, the button panels on the left are fully open 
until closed when the onLoad() function is called.  This gives a flash 
effect which can be quite irritating.  It would be better if the panel 
is closed when the page loads and no onLoad() would be needed.

Here's a replacement graphic.html.  The panels are closed as soon as 
they they load, rather than waiting for the whole page to load.  Seems 
to do the trick.
