[Bodington-developers] Broken bodington HEAD - not now!

Er, I think we all realize the importance of ensuring that bodington 
HEAD actually works. Fair enough if there is the odd glitch here and 
there, but when you can not even bring up the login page because 
template compilation is broken it's just a bit annoying.

(Just for the record, someone had forgotten to update the generated 
import statement in XmlTemplate from I18N -> i18n. Refactoring tools are 
great, but even the one in Eclipse will not catch that sort of thing ;-)  ).
