A couple of thoughts about the bug tracker:

1. Currently users have to be logged in to report a bug. Should we open this
up to anonymous posting, in order to encourage people to post? (If it got
spammed we could turn anonymous off again.)

2. To monitor any of the trackers at the moment you have to open each item
and select 'monitor'.
There is the facility to send all changes on all trackers to a mailing list,
which I think would be very useful. I could set up a private mailing list on
SF for that.
