Summary: Modification of resources - 'Problem with XML' 

Initial Comment:
Where html tags have been used in the title or 
description field of a resource, subsequent use of 
the 'modify this location form' where the 'Modify now' 
button is clicked will produce a 'Problem with XML' report 
and trace code, even though the modification of the 
location is confirmed.  This will happen even if no 
modifications have been made.

Couldn't reproduce behaviour, even with broken HTML tags and
attributes. Successfully added HTML tags to description and
title in v2.8 (not a good idea to add tags to title!) and
modified them without any problems.
