Note that I've had a few issues with TortoiseCVS and TortoiseSVN
crashing Windows Explorer.  They also hook the filesysem change
notifiers and do some quite complex things with them, so beware making
rapid changes, or changes to large files, with a Windows Explorer open
if you have installed them.
