when did bod start needing struts?
DOM3 breaks QTI - the only released version of xerces DOM3 is 2.7.0 -  
has anyone verified that the ancient one in lib works with qti?
can I bin opensaml.jar?

are all those jars needed for 2.6?

I don't see opensaml.jar in /lib


Here is what I see in /lib and my understanding of what they are needed for:

activation.jar - Needed for JavaMail.
ant.jar - Not sure why.
ldap.jar - Alisters LDAP Authenticator?
log4j.jar - Logging.
mail.jar - JavaMail. used my EventMailer
servlet-api.jar - So you don't have to point to your tomcat version to 
compile.
shiborigin.jar - Dunno? New shibb, old shibb?
xalan.jar - Not exactly sure. Anyone else?

When I removed the shibadd this also removed the old shibb struts stuff.
Where are you seeing the struts stuff????

if you do:
    cvs log shiborigin.jar
You can see that it was added on  8 July 2005. So it can't be the the 
old shibb OR can it???

It isn't in the respository at the moment. I was just responding to 
Alistar about why it was in there at one time.

Looking inside, it apears to be the old shibb stuff that got committed 
in the UHI merge. Is it still needed?
