#37 random list of usernames in logbook 'add visitor' list

Uhhh... random. Utterly so - it's whatever order the
group members are returned by the database. If we're
lucky, that might be as sane as primary key order. If
we're unlucky, it's whatever order the database happens
to return the rows.

Thought I'd sorted by name - odd.
