#264 menuet support

if you go to http://www.menuetos.org you will find a
very small OS. I am having problems making it work, and
also have a few questions about emulating it. Do I need
a special library in order to make it work (I haven't really
tried to make it work yet)?

Menuet can run if you use VGABIOS-elpin-2.40.
But cannnot use VESA.
