#238 Fonts for text modes managing via ports etc.

The main lack for now is the absence of full emulation of
text video modes. I mean support for Text Mode Fonts
programming - Bochs uses a static font while there are
many utilities for DOS that load custom Cyrillic or other
fonts for text modes, e.g. via int 0x10 (Video Bios)
function 0x11 (Character Generator Routine).

    I think this was true only for the X11 gui.
    You should try to download the latest CVS, we added this
    feature several weeks ago.

    This is a gui problem, not a BIOS problem. This feature is
    present in sdl, wx, win32 (partially) and x (in CVS). We
    need help for implementing the charmap change in other
    guis.
