All text based mails are replaced by entitydefs. This
process also converts non-7-bit-ascii (for example,
Thai charset) to "&xxxx;" which do not display
correctly on the browser.
I think text based mails should be replaced only
newline and whitespace. By the way, it depends on font
setting in browser itself. If it is correct, it will
display correctly.

I have also found this problem occuring to filename of each
attachment also.
