Version skip.

Due to a serious problem with how BCX downloads files, we will be forced to skip from 0.1 RC to 0.2 Alpha. 0.2 Alpha will be about 95% C and 5% BCX code.

Main changes to be:
- Sockets will be used to retrieve the data and thus, no temporary files will be needed
- Authorization will be an option. How this will work is that at configuration time of the "bd.php" file, a variable giving the option to require authorization plus a variable to give the password will be there. The user would put this data in the revamped configuration screen.
- Auto-Update. This will not only check for updates on command, it can even download and execute the installer for you
- New installer. 0.2 will be using the NSIS installer system instead of the SetupSteam installer.
