Vanja: Fixes the buffer overflow you notified us about. 
See 'tests/overflow.sh' in the new archive.

Larry: This includes all the changes we discussed, and the non-changes as well.
Specifically, changed the else if back to an if in alias.c, and left the 
query_string processing where it is in 0.94.4.  Only changes I've made have 
been:

a) (hopefully) eliminate the buffer overflows in alias.c
b) fix the buffer underflow in util.c
c) doc++ formatting changes

Drew: How close is the va web daemon to 0.94.5?  What changes do you make to 
the stock boa to make it the va web daemon?  If you *do* make changes, can I 
ask that you change the server string to something like vaweb or VA-Boa or 
something?  Comments, Drew?  Larry?

Phew.

Next task:  Major re-architecting of alias.c (virtual.c ?)
