#36 Boa crashes when inserting MenuBar

I was following along the tutorial and Boa will consistantly crash when I
try to insert a MenuBar into the Frame or into the Data window.

I tried to followup on the Bug tracking system to add my problem to the
existing bug, but the bug tracking system gives an Internal Error page
when I try to submit my post...

I am using Boa Constructor version 0.4.4 on OS X 10.4.7 with wxpython
2.6.3.2

A number of people are reporting that this is an issue. Clearly there is some problem for Boa on OS X. Is anyone looking at this?
