The doc is out of date, sorry.

In Boa 0.5.2 which is what you get from CVS you use Edit/Code Templates 
or Alt-t.  So, for the above instead of selecting wx.FileDialog from the 
palette just press Alt-t and select wx.FileDialog from the drop down.

You should also note that sizers have changed, i.e. you can now drop a 
sizer onto the frame designer and drop controls onto it.

I hope that in February I will have some time to rework the guide.
